About ADLP LLC
Founded in 2023, ADLP LLC is a Home and Community Based Services provider contracted with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Our Mission
To provide a safe, welcoming home where adults with developmental disabilities are supported to live with dignity, build everyday skills, and stay connected to the people and places they love.

Hands-on support with dressing, grooming, cooking, laundry, and household routines — building independence step by step, at each person's own pace.
Daily LivingHealth & Medication Oversight
Trained staff support medication routines, coordinate appointments, and keep families and providers informed about health needs and changes.

Getting out into the community for errands, appointments, recreation, and local activities — because a home should be a starting point, not a boundary.

Support follows each resident's individual plan, developed with them, their family, and their DDD support coordinator, and revisited as goals change.
